Following a recent Monitoring Visit, SB Skills Solutions are excited to share with you that we have received the final report which shows that we have achieved Significant Progress.
Ofsted focussed on two key themes of Safeguarding and CPD and retention of staff, and we were thrilled to be able to show them the significant improvements we have made within the organisation. The whole process from start to finish was supportive and constructive and we welcomed the opportunity to showcase the outstanding work that is taking place on our Skills Bootcamp provision.
All at SB Skills Solutions Ltd are delighted that the report reflects the hard work and swift action that we have taken following the last inspection report. We knew we had an amazing Skills Bootcamp provision with exceptional standards of safety for learners and highly qualified staff delivering the provision, and it is fantastic that Ofsted has recognised this”.
